About
At K Health, I helped redesign and continuously evolve a white-label virtual primary-care app used by major health systems, with Cedars-Sinai as one of the flagship partners. The product uses AI-driven intelligence on both the patient and provider sides: collecting records from Epic, guiding patients through an adaptive intake chat, preparing doctors with structured summaries, hosting video visits, and supporting scheduling, care navigation (LLM-powered), and post-visit flows. Alongside product work, I also led Cedars-Sinai’s marketing design — from paid campaigns to web design — to create a seamless ecosystem from acquisition to appointment.
Challenge
Success depended on building enough confidence for users to download an app for a medical visit — and then guiding them clearly through intake, scheduling, and care navigation. On the marketing side, paid campaigns and landing pages had to match the product visually and tone-wise, creating one unified experience.
Results
We delivered a cohesive product + marketing design system tailored to Cedars-Sinai’s brand, ensuring consistency across the app, website, and paid funnels. The refined flow reduced friction, improved trust, and strengthened the user journey from ad → landing page → app → visit. Our key metric, completed appointments, grew steadily, reaching 300 visits per day, driven by improvements in both product usability and acquisition design. The final ecosystem felt polished, credible, and distinctly Cedars-Sinai while still powered by K Health’s AI-first infrastructure.
