About
Calibrate is a weight-loss and wellness company, one of the first to operate in the space of GLP-1s. As the first in-house designer, I was tasked with shaping a warm, empowering visual identity from limited brand guidelines. It neded to feel informed, trustworthy, compassionate, and approachable.
Challenge
Building a design system across social media and lifecycle marketing that centered in empathy and humanity. The brand required visuals that didn’t feel overly clinical, but supportive and informed. Our goal was to educate our consumers and provide them with support in all areas of their life.
Result
I established a clear, story-driven brand voice grounded in real patient experiences. Through consistent infographics, approachable learning materials, and high-impact lifecycle marketing, we transformed email into our strongest channel — increasing conversion rates by 500% in my first year. The established brand style is still alive and well!
